Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival Ticket & Theatre Policies​

 

General Ticket Information

We strongly encourage pre-purchasing your tickets online, as seating cannot be guaranteed on the day of the performance. Ticket prices may be higher at the door.

If available, tickets may be purchased in person at the venue starting 1 hour prior to curtain at the Box Office.

Seating begins approximately 20 minutes before each performance.

Student Rush Tickets

Our Student Rush program provides free admission to our Shakespeare production for students with a valid student ID.

  • Available only at the box office, starting 30 minutes before curtain.

  • Sales end 10 minutes before curtain to ensure an on-time start.

  • Limit 1 ticket per student ID.

  • Seating is based on availability and assigned at the discretion of box office staff.

  • Student IDs may be physical or digital and must include the student’s name and photo.

  • Open to middle school, high school, and college students.

  • Tickets not claimed by curtain may be released to standby patrons.

  • Some performances contain mature content. Please review individual show descriptions for age advisories.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be given unless a performance is canceled with no rescheduled date. In the event of a cancellation, refunds (excluding convenience fees) may be issued at the discretion of OSF management.

Theatre Etiquette & Policies

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons and performers, we ask that you review the following:

  • Late seating is not guaranteed and may only occur at designated breaks in the performance.

  • Performance times vary. Please double-check your ticket or confirmation email.

  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Strong perfumes or colognes may affect other patrons and are discouraged.

  • If you leave the theatre during the performance, re-entry may not be allowed.

  • All phones and smart devices must be silenced or turned off before the performance.

  • Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the theatre.

  • Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted in the venue.

 

Photography & Media Notice

By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded by OSF for archival or promotional purposes. If you have concerns, please notify front-of-house staff upon arrival.

Code of Conduct

Oklahoma Shakespearean Festival reserves the right to refuse admittance or remove any patron for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Disruptive, rude, or abusive behavior

  • Mistreatment of staff, volunteers, or fellow patrons

  • Public intoxication or use of foul language

  • Unauthorized photography or recording

  • Smoking in non-designated areas

  • Use of phones or devices during the performance

  • Loud talking or other disturbances
