ON PERFORMANCE DATES
The box office will open one hour before curtain call and remain open through the first intermission. All ticket sales are full price and cash only (no discounts or credit cards). A stand-by-status will be created for those patrons who arrive to purchase tickets for a sold out event. They must be at the theatre at claim their tickets in order in which they arrive. Tickets which are unclaimed five minutes before a curtain will be sold to stand by patrons.

GENERAL
Tickets may not be reserved without payment. We may hold reservations with a credit card, but will not assign seats or pull tickets until the amount is paid in full. *A $2 service charge will be applied to all VISA/MC transactions. 

Patrons who are eligible for PRESALE discounted tickets must meet one of the following criteria: 
*Student at any learning institution. (public, private, junior college, four-year university)
*Teacher or faculty member at any learning institution
*Children five years and under that have not entered school.
*OSF Board or Trustees Member
*OSF Juliet Guild Member
-NOTE: ALL DISCOUNTS ARE UNAVAILABLE WHEN PURCHASING AT THE DOOR.
*Discounts only offered by phone or in person at the box office.

No Exchanges after show date on purchased ticket
If an emergency arises-you may contact the box office at 580-745-2696 before or no later than 6pm on the date of the show for arrangements to be made.
If contact has not been made before or on date of show, no arrangements can be made.
The Box Office closes at 6:00pm and there will be no one available to assist you with your emergency. 
When purchasing online, you will be placed in the best seats available.
 Box office ticket sales will close 24 to 36 hours before each date.
